Who would have thought the place that I get my very first photo shoot done is at my birth home “Sunny Sheffield” Its was both an exciting an challenging time to be back home.

You can really see how much time has passed when you see babies grow into toddlers and toddlers into teenagers “eek” 

I haven’t changed much on the outside but over the years I have sculptured and carved the young lady I am today! I am no longer the young girl that second guesses her thoughts or feelings. I create all the opportunities that are presented before me and I have learnt to take responsibilities cause ultimately;

“I am the master of self, every experience I engage in and every opportunity that is presented to me is created by me”

That is such a powerful thing to acknowledge, and truly connect with.

This is why having my pictures taken in Sheffield is very significant. For a very long time I have not been happy with my physical self and have made many excuses for not doing certain things in my life, due to the way I look and possibly feel. Forever making excuses “When I have more money, I’ll be able to buy…”  ”Just a few more lbs weight loss, I’ll be sorted…” Looking back the day never came and I was never really satisfied.

So I did it, no fancy clothes or backgrounds it was me in-front of the Camera, it wasn’t easy to begin with but after a few home made liqueur hot chocolates I was well on my way …

Being photographed by Tamara Rogers is a sensational experience and I feel very blessed.

2012 is definitely showing the growth within me, lets celebrate confidence, change and transition within our lives daily.

Being yourself is a personal decision

Someone may allow you to be yourself doesn’t mean you will take them up on the offer. People will allow you to be yourself if they like what you are dishing out, if they don’t like it that’s where unconditional love comes in or not, allowing,discussion, compromise on both sides, grace or deciding on relationship boundaries. At the end of the day it boils down to

Is it or the person really worth the effort?            

Are my beliefs and values More important than a relationship that may go against them? Do I only want friends that don’t call me to love unconditionally? Loving unconditionally allows another to be themselves, if after that you don’t like what you see, hear or feel, then that relationship is not for ou unless your love covers over a multitude of sins

It is about compromise in the respect that someone may allow you freedom to be yourself warts and all, and in so allowing that they have some uncomfortable moments if you know that is the case you would compromise certain aspects of your behavior character out of love for the person not because you have to or are asked to but because you can take or leave that aspect of your personality and serve it up somewhere else, but your so called friend may not be so strong, fortunate or thick skinned,

The ideal compromise should be your choice made out of love for the other person. If you smoked but your partner didn’t what would you do when you wanted to light up, even though you know that they have given you freedom to do as you please?

Allowing someone to be themselves speeds up relationship development, “this is who you are I’m not here to change you but I choose not to be part of your life as I don’t think you will benefit me or I you.”

That is unconditional love also in part so what’s best and is unconditional love putting up and shutting up, or moving on?

Hey there, and welcome!

Wow… it’s finally happened, an interactive website that can transform and transition through the many faces, stages and ages of my journey through life…

I am known by many for the endless stories I share, which are in fact my life experiences (the cats out of the bag now people!). These stories have always had a way of sparking something positive within a person, whether it be to make a change in their life or empower – it’s an endless chain reaction that travels from person to person.

I have been consistently told by close friends to write my unique adventures down. Now let there be no misunderstandings, my adventures/travels could be as simple as taking an alternative route to work – the magic is serendipity, synchronicity or even Intuition and the outcome or lesson has always been life changing…

When you’re truly in-tune with who you are, you always get what you need at the right time – fact! I try and stay in constant gratitude for things good and not so good in my life. Why? Because I am definitely sure there is something far greater out there that is inspiring me to inspire others…

Hey, I’m not saying that I am the next Paulo Coelho – I’m just another walking earth angel that has been blessed with insight, foresight and a zealous energy, to impart the things that inspire me and the many lessons I have learned along this adventure we call “Life”.

Frequencies

Give Yourself Love…

I think of the Universe as a set of vibrational frequencies. Our Source Being (God or the Creator) is at the centre, with the highest vibrational frequency of all things. This particular frequency is Pure Light or Pure Love. Love is the highest of all vibrations and has the most powerful draw to the centre. (This is supported by some of the Christian Bible verses that state, “God is Love” and “The greatest of these is Love”.) The closest vibration to Love, is Gratitude. Gratitude from us, constantly feeds our Source and it grows in energy, both in and of itself, and within us. Therefore, Gratitude also feeds us.

Outside the vibration of Pure Light or Love, slightly lower but always connected to the Source are the “Light Beings” (angels, if you prefer, or Shadow Dancers, as they are known by the Native Americans). They have free will, yes, but they are always connected to the source of vibration. They work to bring energy (love) back and forth between Source and us. They are the Messengers and Mediators of Source and work tirelessly, through eternity to keep Source growing. They do this by choice and always have the free will to abandon the task.

Slightly outside of the circle of Light Beings are the Human Beings. We are allowed a direct connection to the highest vibration of Source but, of course, have free will as to whether or not we choose to connect at any given time and we have the ability to move back and forth through vibrational frequencies. Our faith, energy and positive thoughts add to the fullness of Source, making Source Eternal and All-Powerful.  Unlike the constant of the Light Beings, we are capable of increasing or decreasing vibration, at will, but our position in frequency is variable and relative. It is not fixed at any time, as the Light Beings are.

As we are often (or usually) born without memory of pre-existence (so that we are not biased as we learn, grown and experience), we have to be taught, somewhere along the way, that it is in our best interest to remain connected with Source, if we want to tap in to that awesome power and continue our journey through our many lifetimes, experiencing all that we do to live, grow and learn. Our learned knowledge is then shared with the Source of all things and thereby, with all that are tapped in to Source’s energy through Collective Consciousness, but we also reserve that knowledge in our Eternal selves and that experience is ours, for eternity. Our actions and experiences in Life are not Good or Bad at all. They merely raise or lower our vibrational frequency (or the frequency of those around us) and that is ever-changing. So life and beings are not necessarily Good or Evil, at any time. We have only come to over-simplify the understanding and label them as such.

Unfortunately, during our lifetimes, our re-introduction to Source is usually done through one religion or another that always precludes that they are the ONLY one who can be right, thereby excluding and denying any other religion’s merit. This religion is usually weighed down by man-made dogma. Both of these factors, in turn, immediately reduce the vibrational frequency and take us just a few steps away from the Source. We CAN find the direct connection but we are often confused as to how to find it and truly have to work at it. We can sense the parts that don’t resonate as true and the parts that tend to lower our own vibrations and we begin to question and doubt, thereby reducing our vibration even more.

My experience has shown that anything that is a “positive” experience raises vibrational frequency and draws us closer to the core or Source. Likewise, a “negative” experience draws us away. Each and every experience can be judged as “good” or positive or light, if it draws us closer and “bad” or negative or dark, if it draws us away. The SAME ACT can be either relatively positive or negative, depending on the relative juxtaposition of the perpetrator. So, you and I can experience the same thing. It can bring you up and me down or vice versa. It’s all relative. So what’s important is this: from where you are on your path, what raises your vibrational frequency? What lowers it at any given time?

A word about Demons, Dark Entities, Spiritual Vampires or the Spirits of the Dark Rim, as they are known by my own people, for they are all the same. They are completely cut off from Source. Why? Well, part of it, as it was shared with me, is because they have chosen to become self-serving. They have chosen to try to pull all the vibration towards themselves, not necessarily working in conjunction with Source. As they oppose Source, they are cut off from it and thereby, cut off from sustenance. Their condition can also be caused by a life that they lived or a conscious decision to “fall” or work in opposition to Source.

These Dark Entities, because they have no access to Source, can only come by the higher vibrations that sustain life, via us: Human Beings. They do all in their power to reduce our vibration because (A) the lower our vibration, the more readily they can access us and (B) because as we release the higher vibration, they can bask in it and feed off it. Without a human host, they fade. If they feed off well enough on, say, an entire group of people (an activist cult or terrorist situation?), one of these Dark Entities might even gather enough momentum to take on Life. These are what we generally tend to label Spirits Vamps and Evil people.

The Native Americans believe that these Spirits dwell in the Dark Rim and wait for human hosts to feed off of. The only ones that can protect the spirit of the human is the Shadow Dancer. The Shadow Dancer escorts an entity, at the time of its human death, past the Dark Rim to the place where it will dwell until such a time as it is ready to be reborn. This would also support the idea that “Death” or “the Reaper” or “Azrael” escorts the “soul” to Home or Heaven…
