Hi all, As mentioned in my previous postings, I shared with you all that I was looking to fast for 21days on a mixture of juicing and water (basically No-solids). I have been really excited about being apart of a growing community of fasting professionals. However the day before the fast begins I am in a place of mourning. It is becoming more and more apparent, that this fast for me is not just about fasting from solids. Its seems this journey is going to take me further away from a majority of the familiar comforts. It may not help that I am in the process of packing – which has resulted in me saying “Stuff it, where are the bin liners? off to the skip we go!” I am moving away, to move into a new home in new surroundings. Bringing it back to the beginning

Who would have thought the place that I get my very first photo shoot done is at my birth home “Sunny Sheffield” Its was both an exciting an challenging time to be back home. You can really see how much time has passed when you see babies grow into toddlers and toddlers into teenagers “eek”  I haven’t changed much on the outside but over the years I have sculptured and carved the young lady I am today!
